All content, features, functionality, design elements, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, software, code, and the overall "look and feel" of the WorkManage platform (located at workmanage.cloud) are the exclusive property of WorkManage and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Protected Materials

The following are protected under this copyright notice:

The WorkManage brand name, logo, and all associated branding elements
Website design, layout, and user interface elements
AI-powered extraction algorithms and comparison methodologies
PDF and Excel report templates and formatting
All written content, including marketing materials, documentation, and guides
Source code and underlying software

User-Generated Content

Users retain full ownership of all data they upload to WorkManage, including but not limited to supplier price lists, master product lists, company logos, and company information. The reports generated by WorkManage using your data are for your business use.

By uploading content to WorkManage, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services (price comparison, report generation, and data analysis). We do not claim ownership of your data.

Permitted Use

You may:

Use WorkManage for your legitimate business purposes as a paying subscriber or free trial user
Download and share reports generated from your own data
Print content for your personal or internal business use

Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from WorkManage, you may NOT:

Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any portion of the platform for commercial purposes
Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of our software
Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any WorkManage content or functionality
Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract content from the platform
Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from WorkManage materials

Enforcement

WorkManage actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of any copyrighted material may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
