Respect for Intellectual Property
WorkManage respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.
Nature of Our Service
WorkManage is a price comparison tool for food service businesses. Users upload their own supplier price lists (PDFs, Excel files, images) for automated comparison. We do not host publicly available content, and all uploaded materials are private to each user's account.
However, if you believe that any content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Repeat Infringers
WorkManage reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted materials.
