All claims made on the WorkManage website and marketing materials are based on reasonable expectations and actual use cases of our platform. Specifically:

  • Savings Estimates: Savings claims such as "15–30% savings" and "$144,000–$240,000 annual savings" are based on typical scenarios for mid-size food service companies with monthly supplier spends of approximately $80,000. Actual savings may vary significantly depending on your current purchasing practices, supplier pricing, order volume, and product mix. These figures are estimates and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
  • Performance Claims: Claims such as "compare all suppliers in under 60 seconds" refer to the AI processing time for typical supplier lists. Processing time may vary based on file size, format, number of items, and server load.
  • Supplier References: References to supplier names (US Foods, Sysco, Performance Food Group, Allen Brothers, etc.) are used solely to describe compatibility. WorkManage is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these suppliers.

No Guarantees

WorkManage does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, savings amounts, or return on investment. Results depend on individual business circumstances. Past performance or example calculations are not indicative of future results.

Subscription Pricing

All subscription prices are clearly displayed on our pricing page. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are billed monthly through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Subscription details include:

  • Free Plan: $0/month — 2 comparisons, 3 suppliers, 70 items per list
  • Basic Plan: $198/month — 8 comparisons, 6 suppliers, 300 items per list
  • Pro Plan: $298/month — 14 comparisons, 10 suppliers, 320 items per list
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact sales for details

Users can manage and cancel their subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from their profile page.

Any testimonials or case studies published on WorkManage reflect the experiences of individual users. Results may vary, and testimonials are not intended to represent typical outcomes. Where testimonials are used, they will be clearly identified.

Affiliate Relationships
