Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkManage at workmanage.cloud (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WorkManage is a cloud-based SaaS platform that helps food service businesses compare supplier prices using AI-powered data extraction and analysis. The Service includes:

  • Uploading and processing supplier price lists (PDF, Excel, CSV, images)
  • AI-powered extraction and normalization of product and pricing data
  • Multi-supplier price comparison with savings calculations
  • Export of branded reports (PDF and Excel)
  • Master list management and price trend tracking

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

4.1 Plans

WorkManage offers the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: $0/month — 2 comparisons, 3 suppliers per comparison, 70 items per list
  • Basic: $198/month — 8 comparisons, 6 suppliers, 300 items per list
  • Pro: $298/month — 14 comparisons, 10 suppliers, 320 items per list
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact sales

4.2 Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

4.3 Plan Changes

  • If a paid subscription expires or is cancelled, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Monthly comparison counts reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Resell or redistribute WorkManage or its output to third parties as a competing service

6. Intellectual Property

  • The WorkManage platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and content, is our proprietary property.
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload (price lists, product data, company information).
  • By uploading content, you grant WorkManage a limited license to process it for service delivery.
  • Reports generated by WorkManage are for your business use.

7. AI-Generated Results

WorkManage uses large language models (AI) to extract data from uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI extraction may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying comparison results before making purchasing decisions.
  • WorkManage is not liable for purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated data.
  • We recommend cross-referencing results with original supplier documents for critical orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKMANAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • AI extraction results will be 100% accurate
  • Savings calculations will match actual purchasing outcomes
  • The Service will meet all your specific requirements

10. Account Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
